Once you contact us we will provide you a dedicated case manager. He will be completely responsible for all your medical and non medical queries from entry till exit.

The concerned person has to share his/her medical case summaries with any relevant reports/CT or MRI images and we will get back to them in 24 to 48 hours with tentative plan of treatment after discussing with the concern doctor.

The cost of the treatment will be based on the course of treatment advised by doctor/team of doctors after reviewing the provided reports.

Payment Advice:

Advance payments are welcome but not mandatory. The hospital accepts payments through Travelers Cheque, major Credit Cards (Master, Visa or Amex), Wire Transfer and Foreign Currencies from international patients.

The quoted amount does not include charges for any cross consultation, special investigations, extended stay, and treatment for any other illness unless mentioned otherwise.

Final treatment plan and cost would be decided after clinical evaluation at Hospitals NCR/Delhi (India).

Money received via “wire transfer” for the patient’s treatment would be sent back to the patient’s account only. Cash refund would not be provided.

Insurance:

If your medical insurance policy covers services rendered overseas, we will be happy to discuss payment options with your insurance provider.

Once you confirm your travelling plans to our facility, we will arrange the visa requisition letter to the Indian Embassy in your country. A copy of the letter will be marked to you. 

You have to send the following details if you want us to arrange visa requisition letter to the Indian Embassy in your country.

  1. Patient’s name and passport copy.
  2. Medical escort’s name and passport copy.
  3. Country.
  4. Your tentative date of arrival for medical treatment.

Note:

For medical treatment purpose you are required to travel on a Medical VISA also you are required to register at the Foreigner’s Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival. Our team will help you with all these formalities.

Patients from Pakistan and Bangladesh are required to register with the nearest Police Station or Police Commissioner’s office within 24 hours of arrival. Refer to your Visa/ Transit document for instructions.

Please bring 10 passport size photographs with you for the above formalities.

Once you have received you medical visa and are ready with your flight details you have to share the same with us.

Your case manager will arrange an executive to receive you at the airport. The executive will be having the plan card with your name in your native language for your convenience. You will be then escorted to either hospital or the accommodation as per your requirement. 

In case you are not able to find the executive sent to receive you, you can always call your case manager or AGHS helpline number.

Along with English, Hindi, Indian regional languages we have Russian and Arabic translators with us. 

Interpreter’s for any other language can be arranged as per requirement. 

The case manager assigned to you will take care for all your medical and non medical requirements.

Below mentioned are the major responsibilities taken care by your case manager:

Sechduling your appointments with concern consultants.

Help you in getting all you tests done including billing and report collection.

After report collection, scheduling your follow up consultation.

Make sure you get a comprehensive written medical report.

Organize daily email updates to your referring doctor and your family back home.

Follow up assistance for future appointment scheduling after discharge.

The arrangement for your travel to the Airport is made by us and we make sure that you reach safely on time, usually before 3 hours of your scheduled flight departure.

We also entertain client for tourism and leisure activities. They may elect to take a tour of the city, shopping or any sporting event. If the client is to remain for a longer period for follow up appointments prior to departure, we can arrange driver/guide for them.
